A design by Tanya Hlabse. Small Mobius units are spread apart and connected to an outer ring to give a swirled look rather than the traditional Mobius "knot" effect.
Pictured Items are made from Bright and Anodized Aluminum.
I weave each piece by hand, one ring at a time- individually opening and closing each ring to make every piece one of a kind. This means that anything you order is available in your choice of color(s) and any size. Each piece is not created until I have all available information from you, that way I can customize it to your liking so you get exactly what you are looking for. This is a wearable piece of handmade art, so while there will be potential for minor imperfections, I do my best not to scratch any rings used in your piece and to keep the look as clean as possible. I take great care to make sure every ring’s closure is as neat as possible, this avoids any scratches and clothing snags that might be caused by your jewelry.
Please be as descriptive as possible when ordering: include any preferences for clasp type, earring hook, and chain style. If not provided, I will choose the option that I think works best with your finished piece. Feel free to use the "contact us" page if you need to include more information. If you would like something that is not pictured, please contact me for information on if it can be done for you and pricing to do so.
Please keep in mind that due to differences in display settings, colors may show differently on different screens. Due to these variations, the actual shade may differ slightly from what you see pictured. Due to the anodizing process (the adding of color to the rings) there may also be slight variations in the colors if they come from a different batch or supplier. I order all of my materials from reputable suppliers in the US and Canada, despite variations, know that you will be receiving a quality product.
Measuring for your Bracelet
HOW TO FIND YOUR BRACELET SIZE
To find your perfect bracelet size, follow these steps:
STEP 1: Measure your wrist with a flexible tape measurements or a strip of paper just below the wrist bone, where you would normally wear the bracelet.
STEP 2: If you are using a plain strip of paper, mark your size with a pen or pencil then use a ruler to measure the length. That would be your wrist size.
STEP 3: To find your bracelet size, just add your wrist size with the appropriate measurements below.
FITTING STYLE ADD INCH(ES) TO WRIST SIZE Snug Fit Add 1/4" to 1/2" Comfort Fit Add 3/4" to 1" Loose Fit Add 1 1/4"
Do you want a snug or loose fit? Well, that really will vary between each individual. If you are buying a delicate bracelet with a thin chain, we suggest doing a snug fit. Most other bracelets should have a comfort fit except when buying large or thick cuffs or bangles. It's best to buy large bracelets with a loose fit so you don’t feel like you are suffocating your wrist.
HOW TO FIND YOUR BANGLE SIZE
To determine your bangle size, follow these steps:
STEP 1: Close your fingers together and bring your thumb to your little finger. Pretend that you were putting on a bangle
STEP 2: Using a strip of paper or tape measurements, wrap it around your hand at the widest point.. If you are using a plain strip of paper, mark your size with a pen on that paper. Then measure that paper strip with a ruler. That would be the circumference of your hand.
STEP 3: Compare your hand circumference to the chart below. Purchase a bangle with diameter that is the next size up from your actual hand measurement.
DIAMETER CIRCUMFERENCE SIZE 2 3/8" 7 1/2" Small 2 5/8" 8 1/4" Medium 2 3/4" 8 3/5" Large
