CHECK YOUR ORDER AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVE IT.  REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE ONLY IF ITEMS ARE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OR ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS.  ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE IN GOOD CONDITION UNLESS PREVIOUSLY DISCUSSED OR DAMAGED.  CONTACT ME AND LET ME KNOW IF ANY PART OF YOUR PIECE IS BROKEN.  REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE IF THE ITEM IS BROKEN (FAULTY CLASP, ETC.) IF REPAIR IS NOT DESIRED.  CLAIMS SHOULD BE MADE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ITEM WITH PHOTO EVIDENCE.  I WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO PERFORM ANY MAINTENANCE ON YOUR CHAINMAIL PIECE FOR THE COST OF SHIPPING.  I WILL DO MOST SIMPLE REPAIRS FOR FREE, BUT MORE DIFFICULT REPAIRS MAY INCUR A SMALL FEE.  IF YOU NEED AN ITEM REPAIRED OR RESIZED, SEND IT BACK TO ME AND I WILL SHIP IT BACK TO YOU FOR FREE.  ALL RETURNS OR ORDER ISSUES MUST BE ADDRESSED WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM RECEIPT. 


PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU PROVIDE ME WITH YOUR COMPLETE AND CORRECT ADDRESS.  IF I SHIP AN ITEM AND IT IS THEN RETURNED TO ME BECAUSE OF AN INCORRECT ADDRESS, I WILL SEND YOUR PURCHASE AGAIN BUT SHIPPING WILL HAVE TO BE CHARGED AGAIN.  IF A PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO ME "UNCLAIMED" BY THE DELIVERY COMPANY, I WILL CHARGE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING BEFORE RESHIPPING THE ORDER.  ORDERS REFUSED OR DENIED ON DELIVERY WILL BE CHARGED A 50% CANCELLATION FEE PLUS ANY SHIPPING OR IMPORT COSTS I AM CHARGED FOR THE RETURN OF THE ITEM.

I SHIP ORDERS ON BUSINESS DAYS (MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS) AND ON SATURDAYS AS NECESSARY.  MOST OF MY ORDERS SHIP VIA USPS PRIORITY MAIL.  IF YOU WOULD LIKE INSURANCE THEN PLEASE ADD $2.  INSURANCE IS INCLUDED WITH PURCHASES OVER $100.  WHEN YOUR PACKAGE IS SHIPPED, YOU WILL RECEIVE A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH TRACKING NUMBER AND CAN ACCESS THE STATUS OF YOUR PACKAGE VIA USPS.COM.  ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED VIA USPS AND ARE INSURED AND TRACKED WHEN AVAILABLE.  I CURRENTLY SHIP TRACKED PARCELS TO CANADA AND THE UNITED STATES.  PLEASE ALLOW UP TO TWO WEEKS SHIPPING TIME.  I AM WORKING TO BE ABLE TO PROVIDE SHIPPING TO OTHER LOCATIONS.  IF YOU ARE LOCATED OUTSIDE THE US OR CANADA, SEND ME AN EMAIL AND I WILL SEE IF WE CAN WORK SOMETHING OUT!
